Plutus. The shoebox of receipts ceases to exist.
Every receipt, invoice or till slip goes in as it is — photo, PDF, scan — and comes out as a posting: amount, counterparty, VAT, currency, category. The AI that reads the documents runs locally: your accounts pass through no external service. At the end of the period, the export is ready for your fiduciary.

The same month, two closings
Today
- Receipts pile up in a box, in a pocket, across ten emails
- Manual entry slips to month-end, all at once, in the evening
- Foreign currency and VAT worked out by hand, with the errors to match
- The fiduciary receives an envelope and bills the hours it takes to decipher it
With Plutus
- The document goes in the moment it exists: phone photo, PDF, scan
- Fields extracted and posted immediately, with the original document attached
- Multi-currency and VAT handled at posting time, not reconstructed later
- The fiduciary receives a tidy export — and bills fewer hours
What it brings you
The posting happens when the document is born. At period end what remains is the review, not the work.
Suppliers, margins, salaries: the books are the company's most sensitive document. With Plutus they never leave the machine.
The posting carries the original as an attachment: when the supporting document is needed, it is already there.
A tidy export for the professional who closes the accounts: fewer hours billed to you, fewer questions at year end.

The comparison that matters
Same work, two routes. Cloud prices are public list prices or industry sources; ours is not a subscription — it is your own machine plus an annual fee.
| Cloud AI bookkeeping (e.g. Dext) | Plutus on AG Core | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | from ~24 $ per user per month (public list prices) | Your own machine + annual maintenance fee. No per-user cost. Figure in writing after the demo |
| For 10 people | from 2'880 $ a year for 10 people — and it grows with every hire | Unchanged: 10 or 30 users, same setup |
| Your data | On the vendor's servers, under jurisdictions you do not choose | On the machine in your office — it never leaves |
| If the vendor changes its prices | You can only accept, or migrate | Not your problem: the software is open source, the machine is yours |
| Without internet | At a standstill | Keeps working: the AI runs locally |

The next step is a real demo
Bring a handful of real receipts — crumpled ones welcome. We post them in front of you, on the machine, and show you the export for your fiduciary.
